When it comes to email marketing with GetResponse there are quite a few tools they offer. These include basic newsletter functions, email automation, and autoresponders, but what really distinguishes them from their competitors are some of the other features they offer.

For example, GetResponse offers so-called “Perfectly-timed emails” where their automated system will try to send your emails at the perfect time to ensure the best CTR (Click Through Rate) for your email.

This is a feature not many other service providers yet have and is kind of an interesting one. Clicking this on in one of your emails will actually tell GetResponse to try to send the email at the perfect time to each user.

How do perfectly-times emails work? Well, it’s quite simple, yet genius. Thanks to the data GetResponse is able to collect from each of your leads, they can deduce the perfect time to send the email so it will be most likely be opened by one of your leads. This means they will more likely to open and click whatever link you might have in the email.

Building your first lead funnel

One thing that surprised at least us is that GetResponse actually offers free ready-made lead funnel PDFs. This is a great way to get your lead funnel going and helps you get started so much faster.

Now you would think creating the signup page, creating the download page, thank you page and email would be the hard part after getting everything ready-made for you, but no. GetResponse actually has you covered on this as well.

They offer free templates you can edit in their WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) drag-and-drop builder, making it super simple to just grab a template and get it done. Another great thing about these templates is that they clearly state what each of the templates works best and the quality of the templates is simply amazing. Everything looks and feels like they are thought out and not just thrown together.

One thing we kind of hope to see improvement in the future is their premade email templates. Though they follow the same pattern as the other templates, there are still few email templates that feel a bit outdated. One of the more robust features of funnels is the ability to create a sales funnel and sell your product and services with GetResponse. They have a built-in system for products and payment gateways like Paypal to make it super easy to create a sales funnel to grab existing or new customers in and drive in sales.

On top of the lead forms, emails and other automation GetReponse offers nowadays webinar tools as well. Unfortunately, we were not able to test them for our review and they are only available for Plus and above plan owners.

At the moment GetResponse offers four different kinds of plans, Basic, Plus (Most popular), Professional, and Max (mostly used by enterprises).

Basic starts at 15 $/month, Plus at 49 $/month and Professional at 99 $/month.

Each of them has its respected benefits, though if you want to build more robust automation we recommend getting the Plus package, though with Basic you do get the lead funnels and other basic features. With Plus you also get 3 team members instead of just the one with basic.
